In Chinese, gong fu cha means "taking time for tea". This way of preparing tea aims to bring out the aromas through a very quick infusion of the leaves (1 min) with very hot water. It is composed of : a bowl with a lid acting as a mini teapot, named gaiwan in the ritual of gong fu cha, with a capacity of 10cl a pourer to homogenize the tea
