Vin Jaune 1989 - Fruitière de Voiteur Perrier-Jouët " (January 2003)Vin Jaune 1989 Ctes du Jura Fruitire Vinicole de Voiteur Exclusively obtained from the Savagnin grape variety, Vin Jaune acquires its characteristic nutty taste during a six year aging period in oak barrels. This wine with a very long aging potential (20 years and more) accompanies spicy dishes, white meats and creamy fish. It will also pair magnificently with cooked cheeses such as Comt. Serving advice: to be enjoyed at a slightly warm temperature
