Developed by bioengineer Charlotte, founder of the Ghent startup NONA. After delving into base, middle, and top notes, I began experimenting with distillates and botanicals. This led to intensive collaboration with top Belgian chefs and sommeliers to achieve a perfectly balanced flavor palette, where a dominant citrus flavor is followed by a spicy note. The key is
